What we do

We provide premium, end-to-end destination support for executives and families relocating to Luzon*—housing and lease negotiation, temporary housing arrangements, transport and driver setup, domestic staff sourcing and vetting, settling-in admin (banking, SIMs, utilities, internet, etc.), and neighborhood orientation. Everything is coordinated around your family’s priorities, not vendor incentives.

*Luzon is the main and largest island of the Philippines, it is home to the Metro Manila region comprised of 16 cities and one municipality, more commonly referred to simply as Manila

Listen first, design second. Every move starts with a concise pre-arrival survey and a 60–90 minute kickoff to rank priorities. We then execute a focused 60-day plan that combines six efficient field days with high-impact remote coordination. You get one calm point of contact, clear updates, and no surprises.

Unbiased by design. We decline landlord/broker commissions and disclose any offers—so recommendations stay clean. Drivers and domestic staff are vetted with NBI and barangay clearances, references, and a trial day, with simple contract templates provided.

Canadian transplant with multiple ADB (Asian Development Bank) moves; many more across North America, Europe, Asia, and Oceania. Six-plus years in and out of the Philippines. Fluent in two languages (plus playful phrases in a handful more). Has managed two international relocations with fur babies.

A note on resilience: after a serious motorbike crash while on vacation, Kanishka was airlifted across international borders for emergency care and spent 4 weeks in hospitals, had 8 surgeries, and nearly a year in post-surgical rehab. That experience shaped ybler’s obsession with planning, competent coordination, and dependable support systems—the quiet details that make or break a move.
